You’ll also want to keep in mind that there are some limitations to using the graph.
You’re not able to use it in isolation, so it won’t give you a direct answer to questions like, “What’s going through your brain when you’re not paying attention?”
It may just give you insight into how your mind is functioning in the moment.
It will also not provide a clear picture of what is going on with your attention in the real world.
For that reason, you may want to look at the results of a more in-depth study using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
This type of research involves looking at how a group of people are working with different types of therapists to work on their specific symptoms.
In this type of study, researchers ask a group if they are using different techniques to help them manage their attention issues.
Some may have more traditional therapies like cognitive behavioral medicine, while others may have CBT techniques.
If you use the graphs to figure out which parts you’re using to manage your attention problems, you’ll see how it is working in real life.
You might find that the techniques that you use to manage attention problems may not work as well when you do the same things in your head.
So don’t be afraid to look into using the graphs for a more specific approach.
You should also look into cognitive behavioral therapies.
These techniques may help you develop better strategies to manage what you’re experiencing as a result of your ADHD.
More research is needed on the efficacy of the graphs, but it seems to be a good first step.
You may also want some feedback on how you’re handling the graph, especially if you have other ADHD symptoms or problems, like hyperactivity.
